The Leadership Learning Community grew out of a national gathering called "Creating Space." The name has significance because it embodies an important LLC commitment to creating space for the community to self-organize around the questions that emerge from the work. The LLC hosts Creating Space each year for members of the community to learn about each other, share lessons and innovations, and collectively identify learning priorities. We are an open and diverse community of leadership development program staff, alumni, scholars, service providers, and funders committed to strengthening leadership development efforts. All are welcome.
