The Institute is focused on leadership skills in a system reform environment. Topics covered include: Creating a Shared Vision, Anatomy of Change, Risk and Courage, Leadership Styles and Choices, Formal and Informal Leadership, Ethics in Leadership, Information as Power, Culture and Diversity in Leadership and a Thriving in Chaos Toolkit.
Institute is $695 and $595 for 4 or more people, Seminars are $195.

Everyone comes to the event with a leadership challenge that they work on in small group. We use multiple formats to keep people engaged and excited about the time together. Finally, on Thursday, September 25 will hold three one- day leadership seminars: Cultural and Diversity in Leadership, Policy Development and Sustaining Change, The Science and Art of Grant Writing.
