LeaderSpring is seeking to fill the new position of Director of Programs.

The Director of Programs is an incredible opportunity to work closely with our dynamic and talented nonprofit executive directors. The Director of Programs will play a key role in shaping and implementing LeaderSpring’s new strategic growth plan. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about leadership development, and/or capacity building in the nonprofit sector. She/he must have exceptional facilitation skills; experience as an executive director (or experience in key aspects of an ED’s job such as fund development and board governance); understanding of leadership theory and leadership development, or solid experience in organizational capacity building.
