The Leadership Learning Community focuses on evaluation projects that:

• Seek to learn about leadership in diverse and connected organizations, networks, communities and fields to understand how positive change (e.g., change that advances justice, equity and sustainability) happens and the role of leadership and leadership development in that process.
• Use participatory and learning community approaches to build evaluation learning capacity, identify and evaluate results, and share findings across different program strategies to deepen learning.
• Have a desire to impact the field of leadership and leadership development by sharing approaches, findings, and tools to advance the theory and practice of leadership development.
• Can serve as case study for consultative peer reviews that will deepen the application of the evaluation findings for the evaluation subject and consultative participants.
