LLC convenes consultation teams of thought leaders and practitioners to advise on leadership development design, support and evaluation. Depending on the focus and needs of the session, LLC brings together appropriate combinations of leadership program staff, funders and evaluators to participate in a peer-based review. Key questions will be identified in advance to help participants mine their experiences to offer recommendations. General lessons from these sessions are documented and shared with the field.
