Leticia Pagán Bio

Leticia Pagán, MS, is the Program Coordinator for the Center for Health Leadership and Practice (CHLP) at the Public Health Institute (PHI). She is responsible for the logistical coordination and management of the CHLP website and webinar series; develops, distributes, and analyzes program evaluation materials; and coordinates internal and external meetings, trainings, and conferences.

Leticia’s research at Columbia University focused on the development of resiliency in youth at risk through developmental assets and strength based approaches. She has experience working with diverse youth, adults, and communities through organizations including the Youth Treatment and Education Center (YTEC) of San Francisco, the Office of Annual and Special Giving and Student Disability Services of USF, and Galileo Learning. Leticia earned her BA in Psychology with a double minor in Neuroscience and Ethnic Studies from the University of San Francisco and her MS in Health Education from Columbia University.
